The Magic of Christmas. Catered.

When I think about Christmas, it's the memories that I remember. Sitting 'round the table with loved ones, laughing as we talk, sharing delicious food together. I think about the delectable dessert, and the board games, and the music playing softly in the background. It's one of the most precious times of year, and I want yours to be just as magical.


This year for Christmas, I am offering an all-inclusive package that is custom tailored to your special get-together. You'll chose from each of my carefully-crafted selections to design the perfect Christmas experience for your friends and family. Appetizers - Chose 4 Items

(Minimum Group Size of 6 People)

Your 4 selections will be added to a charcuterie board that you can place on the centre of your table for your guests to nibble and enjoy prior to your main entrees.

  • Stuffed Mushrooms (you will have to heat in your oven)
  • Persian Marinated Olives
  • Salmon Gravlax
  • Greek layered Dip
  • Loaded Hummus
  • Rustic Tapenade
  • Antipasto Skewers
  • Spicy Sushi Stacks
  • Guacamole with Fresh Tortillas

    • Entrée - Chose 1 Item

    (Minimum Group Size of 6 People)

    You will be dining communally for this meal. I will have everything prepared in a large roaster that you will keep warm in your oven. Once ready to dine, you will just have to slide the meal onto a platter or if you want to save the dishes the foil tray will be fine as well. All meals will come with a Biggar Bites House Salad.

    Option 1 ($60/head)

    • Herb Roasted Cornish Game Hens with a Wild Rice Dressing
    • Roasted Potatoes
    • Roasted Harvest Vegetables

    Option 2 ($60/head)

    • Smoked Brisket with a Bourbon Mushroom & Peppercorn Sauce
    • Stacked Parmesan & Herb Potatoes
    • Roasted Vegetables

    Option 3 ($60/head)

    • Porchetta (your choice of traditional or with a mixed grain dressing)
    • Pumpkin Risotto with Boursin Cheese and Pumpkin Seeds
    • Roasted Harvest Vegetables

    Option 4 ($70/head)

    • Mongolian Grill
      • I bring in 3 proteins (Chicken, beef and Shrimp)
      • a variety of sliced up vegetables
    • Rice & Rice Noodles
    • Variety of Sauces and Toppings

    Dessert - Chose 1 Item

    (Minimum Group Size of 6 People)

    • Chocolate Panna Cotta Topped with a Ginger Orange Sauce
    • Gingerbread Cake with Candied Pears in a Red Wine Sauce

    Sometimes you just need to loosen up your guest. These games are sure to do that. Nothing like a belly laugh with your besties.

    Drinks Menu & Photos

    Once you confirm your booking, I will send you a link (downloadable) with a bunch of cocktails you might want to try out with your guests. I'll supply the ideas; you supply the liquor and mix.

    The only thing I ask in return for your Christmas Package is a photo of you and your guests. This will be the best present I could receive this holiday season.
