Catering Questions: Answered
Who do we cater to?
Our corporate catering doesn't discriminate. We've catered to large law & financial firms, automotive dealerships, and more. At Biggar Bites, our catering experience is tailored to your industry/business. Formal or informal, we'll design a meal that will wow your clients & staff.
Is this a fully-catered experience?
It depends on your needs as a company. We are able to offer both a fully-catered experience with our staff on site, or provide you with a drop-and-go meal that is delivered to you in disposable trays (or individual boxes) with everything you need to put that meal out for your event.
How many people can you cater for?
We've catered for hundreds of people for many of our weddings, and are comfortable catering on the corporate side to those numbers. Now, most of our business clients are not feeding 300-400 people, but we can plate for anywhere upwards of 20 people provided the venue (your office/building) is able to accommodate us.
What sort of meal offerings are there?
We enjoy creating catering experiences that challenge the cookie-cutter approach. We play with bold flavours, unique dishes, and are allergy/dietary friendly. We've done a full-course prime rib meal, delicious to-go sandwich and charcuterie boxes, bannock + power bowls, and more.
It's all about what YOU want for your meal. We'll sit down and create a meal that is tailored to your business specifically. You give us your budget, and we'll draft up ideas we can run with.
Can you bring your food truck in?
We sure can. Some of the best times are had with our food truck parked out front of your business. This allows us to serve both your staff, and the neighbouring businesses or passersby's. You can find more information and photos from my food truck adventures on the Food Truck Page here.
