Our Biggar Bites Bundles are the premium prairie subscription box coming out of small-town Biggar, Saskatchewan, and they're launching in spring 2021. We're curating unique culinary and lifestyle products from handpicked, passionate artisans and delivering them to your doorstep. You can order one-off boxes, or subscribe annually to receive a new box every quarter. 

How Does It Work?

Our Curation Process

The creation of each unique bundle begins backstage. We seek out high-quality products from passionate brands and businesses. If our team wouldn't use it in our kitchen or home, you won't find it in your bundle. We're looking for people who live and breathe what they do and are ready to bring their hard work to our stage.


You Learn About Our Bundles

Maybe your best friend told you about it over coffee, or you saw one of our posts on Facebook. Maybe you've been on the hunt for the perfect subscription box and you finally found us. Whatever the case may be, we're super excited that your here and think you'll love taking our bundles home to enjoy.


You Shop For a Bundle

We've detailed some of the special items that go into each box on our shop page. You'll find photos, prices, and information about shipping in the product description. Here you'll be able to create an account on our website, input your payment information securely, and select a plan. During our soft-launch, you will only be able to buy individual boxes and won't have the option to subscribe to get a box every 3 months.

You can buy each box individually, or subscribe to receive a box every 3 months.


We Confirm Your Order + Package

Once your order comes through our system, we'll begin bringing your bundle to life. Our team will package your box and add our own special touches to craft a one-of-a-kind experience for your unboxing. You'll get an email when your box has been packaged and is ready to go home with you.


Pickup - Local Delivery - Shipping

At checkout, you'll be able to select a method of delivery for your subscription box. Local individuals can pickup their box or have it delivered, others can opt to pay to have their box shipped. Instructions for getting your box will be included via email, including any relevant shipping details. Bundles will ship by the middle of the month (or up to 15 days from purchase).


It Arrives + You Unbox

Once your Biggar Bites Bundle arrives, it's time for you to do your unboxing and share the excitement. You can share unboxing videos/photos with us on Instagram and Facebook using the hashtags #biggarbites #subscriptionbox #unboxing

If you subscribed annually, you'll receive an email before your next box is ready to ship.


What Will Be Included?

Your Biggar Bites Bundle will contain handpicked items from passionate small businesses that showcase their specialty and their work. You'll find their products, a little card describing their business, and how you can continue shopping with them if you love their product. We'll also include recipes, seasonal cooking tips, and more inside of each little bundle. Some of the item specifics will be listed on the product page for each seasonal subscription box, but we'll always have some additional products in your bundle as a surprise for when your unboxing. We give you our guarantee never to fill our bundles with "junk" or "fluff."

When will I get my bundle?

Bundles will ship by the middle of the month for product launches. If our Summer Bundle launches June 1st, you can expect shipping to begin around the 15th. Individual boxes (not on a subscription plan) can ship up to 15 days from order and purchase confirmation.

This gives our team enough time to ensure we have quality, fresh, stock and are able to pack, handle, and ship everything with care.

What areas do you deliver to?

Currently: Biggar, Purdue, and Asquith.


Where can I pickup my bundle?

Your bundle can be picked up from our farm, East of Biggar on Highway 14. If you know someone coming to Biggar, we can save you the shipping and they can pick it up from my place for you.


How will my bundle be shipped?

Our plan is to work with Canada Post for shipping. If that doesn't work, we'll have to train some carrier pigeons.

You'll receive tracking information from our team via email when your bundle has been shipped. 

If you've subscribed to a bundle, you'll receive an email once your next bundle has been processed and is out for shipping.

How do I register an account and purchase?

Registering is an easy process. Just make your way over to the "My Account" page ( and register with a username, your email, and a password. Just make sure your password is in the green (there's a slider that will appear when you start making one), and verify the email it sends you.

Once registered, you can add your billing and shipping information in your account settings and head over to the shop page to add a bundle to your cart and then proceed to the checkout.


How will I be billed?

Single boxes will be billed at the time of purchase at $74.99 + taxes and shipping (if applicable).

Subscription boxes will be billed on the first day of every 3rd month for the year. PayPal or Stripe will process the renewal payments and you'll receive automated email updates from our system.

We will be soft-launching our bundles with single purchases only. The ability to purchase a subscription and have a box arrive once every 3 months will be launched at a later date.


What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently, we use PayPal and Stripe as our payment gateways. This offers the ability to pay with PayPal, a credit card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay (if applicable).

We do not store payment information on our site (see "How do I update my account information?". All of your financial details are managed by PayPal and Stripe. Your connection to our site (and our site to their servers) is always encrypted with Transport Layer Security to keep information in transmit secure.


Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. You can cancel or change your plan at any time through your account settings. This will give you the option to cancel or suspend and then reactivate when you're ready. If you purchased a one-off subscription box and would like to subscribe annually, you can do that as well.

How do I update my account information?

You can login to and update any of your account details at any time. This saves you the hassle of having to contact our team and wait for a reply before making changes. We are, however, always available if you need some assistance.

If you opt to save your payment information (via Stripe) in your account settings, we will only see very limited information about those details. We do not store full payment details and can only view your Card Type, Expiry Date, and Last 4 Digits. 


Can I order a bundle as a gift?

You sure can. Just change the shipping address to the address of the individual you are ordering for and leave a note in the checkout options letting our team know that this is a gift. We'll include a special note in the box for the recipient :)


What if my bundle arrives damaged?

We will have insurance on the boxes. If they don't arrive or arrive damaged, we will ship you out a new one.
